CPG Seaboard™
CPG Seaboard™ is the smart choice
of fabricators and manufacturers for ships, boats, and other marine
applications. CPG Seaboard™ takes command.

- Advanced formulation
CPG Seaboard™ is manufactured from the highest density HDPE
resin which has a specific gravity of 0.960. This forumlation
ensures CPG Seaboard™ will be the most rigid and dimensionally
stable product available.
- Pre-production treatment
Pre-production treatment provides every sheet with enhanced ability
to resist the harmful effects of salt water, moisture, and direct
sunlight (UV degredation).
- Strength and toughness
CPG Seaboard™ gets its superior strength and toughness because
it is manufactured as a continuous extrusion—not press laminated—so
there's no structural weak spots where delamination could occur.
- Water
vapor protection
CPG Seaboard™ is an ideal material when protection is needed
against water vapor penetration
- Uniformity
Every CPG Seaboard™ sheet exhibits uniformly high physical
characteristics from color consistency and retention to dimensional
integrity.

CPG Seaboard™ meets Food and Drug Administration Regulation

Envelope 2000® |
FORMABLE. As a fabricated system,
Envelope 2000®
can be radiused and formed to add graceful curves and clean shadow lines to
your building's
exterior cladding. Envelope 2000® is offered with three standard systems:
a route and return system (Envelope 2000® RR), a rainscreen principle
system (Envelope 2000® RS), and a reveal molding system (Envelope 2000® RV). |

Sinocore® |
LIGHTWEIGHT. With a
corrugated polymer core, Sinocore® is not
only lightweight, but also water resistant. These panels
are available in either textured or smooth for both front
and back aluminum skins with color matched or
complimentary molding profiles available. Sinocore®
can be customized to your specific needs in either reveal
or batten profiles. |

GlazeGuard® |
VERSATILE. As a family of
panels, GlazeGuard® offers several different
glazing infill solutions. The standard 1/4" panel
core is tempered hardboard (GlazeGuard® 250)
or a water resistant corrugated polymer (GlazeGuard®
250 WR). Standard 1" panels are also available with
hardboard stabilizers (GlazeGuard® 1000) or
polymer stabilizers (GlazeGuard® 1000 WR). A
fire resistant composition is also offered (GlazeGuard®
1000 FR). Custom thickness available up to 3-1/4".
All panels are available in textured or smooth aluminum
finishes. |

Panel 20® |
SMOOTH. Providing a system
look without the fabrications, Panel 20®
offers clean lines and sharp details. And with a phenolic
resin core, these panels also offer excellent thermal
stability and impact resistance. Several different types
of finish options are available to complete the system
aesthetics including Kynar 500® and Kynar 500®
Metallic colors for the panels and the color matched
moldings. |

ounce - acrylic modified. This is not the light gauge stuff ordinarily
carried by building material dealers. It is rugged, long life material
for premium applications.
